Peli™ Case 1510 DIY tool insert
Design your own tool insert for the Peli Case 1510 by simply cutting the appropriate contour into the foam and attaching the stabilising plastic plate.Of course, you can use the DIY insert not only for tools, but also for camera accessories, photo accessories and other products. The dimpled foam protects your products on the lid side.

Mounting tip
Place all the components in the desired arrangement on the pre-assembled adhesive tape on the foam board and, ideally, leave a strip of foam between the components.
Trace the contour of the components with a pencil.
Now cut inside the contour with a sharp knife so that you can make corrections to the contour.
Now cut away the foam step by step and feel your way towards the optimum fit.
Your component should always fit snugly into the foam sheet so that it cannot slip.
When you have finished adjusting the contour, peel off the adhesive tape and place the plastic plate in the centre of the foam.
