Delivery times
Unless otherwise contractually agreed, the following delivery times apply:
- Within Germany approx. 2-3 days
- Express delivery within Germany on the next working day (Mon-Fri), for orders before 12:00 noon. (no delivery on weekends)
- Dispatch abroad approx. 5-7 days
Multiple items with different delivery times will be dispatched together, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery date is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
