Where can I find my orders?

If you have registered as a customer, you can view your orders in your customer account under "My orders".

In any case, you will receive a confirmation email with all important information and a dispatch confirmation with tracking ID for orders placed.

How can I track my consignment?

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your dispatch status in your customer account.

Peli products

How long do my Peli products have a warranty?

Peli offers a limited lifetime warranty on injection moulded cases and torches. You can find more information about the warranty in the warranty conditions.

Returns and refunds

How can I exercise my right of cancellation?

As a rule, private customers can cancel their purchase within 14 days. To exercise your right of cancellation, you can use our cancellation form or return the ordered items with a short note stating your order number. Excluded from this are e.g. customised products.

Can I buy on account?

Corporate customers can buy from us on account. As a private customer, please use the other payment methods.
