The Peli™ Air cases are characterised by their low weight. However, they are just as durable and resistant as other Peli™ cases. All the manufacturer's standards in terms of robustness have been maintained despite the low weight. The outer shell of the cases is made from Peli™'s lightweight but impact-resistant HPX2® plastic. Thanks to the honeycomb structure of the construction of Air Case components, a lot of weight is saved. The maximally stiffened full-field sections create cavities.

You have the option of ordering your Peli™ Air case with or without a foam insert. We will be happy to produce a customised foam insert for you on request. The high-quality Pick N Pluck foam can also be purchased as well as separate TrekPak™ divider and compartmentalisation systems and locks for the case. Peli™ Air transport cases are extensively tested for durability. All sides and corners can withstand a drop of around 1.8 metres onto concrete and have been classified as waterproof for 30 minutes at a water depth of 1 metre. In addition, the castors of our Peli™ Air trolleys have been extensively and successfully tested for stability and transportability.
