Peli Air Case
The Peli™ Air protective cases are particularly light thanks to their special design, but do not lose their durability. In comparison, Peli™ Air cases are up to 40% lighter than Protector cases.

Peli™ offers many different sizes and types of protective cases, currently including 17 different air cases. There is a range of different equipment options and colours for each case on offer. This means that the protective cases can be optimally equipped for your application. We also offer the production of customised case foams and fittings for special applications.

Empty
Here you have the freedom to customise the case yourself, you can either use it empty or build your own inlay.
Pick N' Pluck™
This foam can be easily adapted to your equipment thanks to its prefabricated cuts and thus offers
Categorisation system
Versatile and safe, the Peli™ organiser systems. Velkro™ allows the padded walls to be constantly rearranged. The application remains flexible.
TrekPak™
The Trekpak™ system ensures particularly precise compartmentalisation. The foam-padded corrugated panels can be cut to the desired grid and look particularly professional.
Hybrid
The hybrid equipment combines the classic grid foam with the TrekPak.
Lid dividers
The lid dividers can be very useful for stowing smaller items, charging cables and laptops/tablets.
Molle-Pannel
Bags and equipment can be attached in a versatile and flexible way in selected models with the Molle-Pannel in the lid.
Peli Individual
Sometimes standard is simply not enough, so for special applications a customised special foam or insert can be made for the Peli cases.

Stable with ease but how?
Peli™ Air Cases offer great weight savings thanks to their special design, but the lightweight cases remain just as robust. The usual Peli standard is maintained. The protective cases are made of particularly lightweight HPX™ resin, which saves additional weight in places thanks to a honeycomb structure on the inside of the walls, but at the same time gains stability.
What requirements must a case fulfil?
Peli™ cases have always been used under extreme conditions, which is why they are extensively tested during development. The tests include, among other things:
- A drop test from a height of 1.8 metres, on all sides and corners (when loaded)
- Sinking for 20 minutes in 1 metre of water
- Impact test with a ~12 kg steel dart from a height of one metre
